Technical Support

Provide technical platform support for client web, desktop, and mobile applications.

Support authentication, navigation, and internal trade flow.

Triage issues across network, firewall, browser, security, and application layers; investigate and remediate or escalate promptly as required.

Manage issues end to end, including prioritization, client communication, stakeholder coordination, resolution, and follow-up to closure.

Interact with external clients via incoming and outgoing telephone and email channels (and sometimes face to face); partner with internal

teams in Sales, Trading, Operations, and Engineering.

Adhere to the firm's compliance and risk management procedures.

Provisioning

Provide day-to-day access and entitlements provisioning for GS eTrading and 3rd party platforms; administer authentication and related

security settings in line with policy.

Perform exception report monitoring of client provisioning activities and platform use; investigate variances and take corrective actions.

Execute risk management responsibilities tied to provisioning, including following approval workflows, maintaining segregation of duties,

and documenting changes.

Train clients on new e-Trading and service technology platforms.

Escalate problems to engineering groups and the business managers as required.

Additional responsibilities

Perform statistical analysis and business reporting for marketing and sales teams.

Project manage current business start-up initiatives and new eDiPS initiatives.





Identify enhancement and automation opportunities and facilitate their inclusion in application development roadmaps.

Coordinate seamless client coverage across America, EMEA, and Asia; follow up on open issues through to resolution.
