Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR qualified to manage end-to-end HR operations. The ideal candidate should have experience in recruitment, employee engagement, statutory compliance, performance management, and HR administration within a Manufacturing or FMCG environment.

Key Responsibilities

Site Visits, Safety & Employee Welfare

- Conduct regular visits to farms, hatcheries, and retail outlets to ensure employee safety, welfare, hygiene, PPE usage, and statutory compliance.
- Monitor employee accommodation, food, sanitation, medical support, and working conditions.
- Coordinate health check-ups, accident reporting, insurance claims, and employee welfare initiatives.

Attendance, Payroll & Compliance

- Verify attendance records and support accurate payroll processing.
- Resolve payroll, attendance, and statutory benefit (PF, ESI, UAN, etc.) issues.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, statutory requirements, and maintain HR records.

Employee Relations & HR Support

- Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and support performance management.
- Coordinate with managers and contractors on manpower and HR-related activities.
- Assist in implementing HR policies and employee development initiatives.

Recruitment & Onboarding

- Support recruitment, onboarding, transfers, exits, and induction programs.
- Coordinate with department heads to meet manpower requirements.

Reporting

- Prepare and submit HR, welfare, compliance,



and MIS reports.
- Perform other HR and employee welfare responsibilities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Strong working knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, UAN, contract labour regulations, welfare provisions).

• Proven experience in field-based / multi-site HR operations — comfortable with regular travel to farms, hatcheries, and retail outlets.

• Experience with biometric/manual attendance systems and payroll coordination.

• Strong recruitment and talent acquisition experience.

• Experience handling employee and contract-labour welfare and grievance resolution.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across a diverse workforce, including contract labour.

• Strong organizational, documentation, and record-keeping abilities (statutory registers, licences, welfare records).

• Proficiency in MS Office and HRMS software.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities across locations.

Qualifications

- MBA / MSW / PGDM in Human Resources
- Experience in Manufacturing, FMCG, Food Processing, or Agro industries
- Current or recent role as HR Manager, Assistant HR Manager (or) HR Business Partner.

Preferred Criteria

- Candidates with long-term tenure (3+ years) in the same organization, indicating stability.
- Candidates showing consistent career growth and promotions.
