- Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions to build a knowledge base for future reference.
- Assist in the implementation of process improvements to enhance system stability and support efficiency.
- Provide timely updates to stakeholders regarding issue status and resolution progress.
Skilled & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Neo4j.
- Experience with graph database concepts and data modeling.
- Ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex software issues within distributed systems.
- Familiarity with query languages and performance tuning in graph databases.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical teams.
Additional Information:
