Role Description The Senior Project Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing complex BPO and managed services projects from initiation through completion in an on-site role based in Chandigarh. This full-time position involves planning project scope and timelines, coordinating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring deliverables meet quality, performance, and client expectations. The Senior Project Manager will liaise with clients to understand requirements, provide status updates, manage risks and issues, and drive continuous improvement across customer support, technical support, and back-office workflows.



Day-to-day tasks include supervising project teams, aligning processes with SLAs and KPIs, resolving operational escalations, and collaborating with operations, quality assurance, and technology teams to ensure smooth delivery and scalability. The role also includes preparing reports and presentations, supporting proposals for recent projects, and mentoring junior project managers and team leads.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills, including experience in planning, executing, monitoring, and closing projects.
