Roles & Responsibilities
Product & Process Management (BC & Co-Lending)
- Research and product innovation
- Current Product development for BC, Co-lending models & Government schemes.
- Product Research, competition analysis & Industry Benchmarking
- Analyzing the impact of regulatory guidelines and changes to the product and process
- Product performance Monitoring
- Product and Process review, development, improvisation & standardization
- Understanding field level requirements and providing requisite Process framework with the help of internal teams.
- Coordination with SDG for development & implementation of the field requirements
- Based on the audit observations modify the existing product to introduce appropriate controls.
- To prepare and submit Product notes for ECC approvals in a timely manner.
- Internal and External Co-Ordinations for onboarding new partners and supporting existing partners for product/process changes
Codification of Documents
- Prepare Product Program notes / Business Process guidelines for circulation to internal teams and Partners.
- Prepare operations manual for various processes.
- Prepare and update PPAC notes and obtain concurrence from all the stakeholders
- Change Management – Review and update the Operations manual on timely basis with all the changes emanating from business requirements, audits, regulatory and Bank's policies
Legal/Compliance
- Review and Standardizing Agreements
- Client level documentation
- Tracking of KYC policies and directives to comply with regulatory requirements.
Education
Essential requirement: Graduate or Post Graduate
Preferred: MBA
Work Experience
- Shall have handled product pertaining Secured and Unsecured loans.
- Have hands on experience of product management in MFI loans and unsecure Business loans
