Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.




- Lead efforts to improve system processes and workflows to enhance overall efficiency.
- Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and development.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system troubleshooting and root cause analysis techniques related to PeopleSoft environments.
- Experience in managing and maintaining PeopleSoft application servers, databases, and related infrastructure.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement patches, upgrades, and configuration changes.
- Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization of PeopleSoft applications to ensure high availability.
- Skilled in monitoring tools and incident management processes to promptly address system alerts and issues.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7C - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
