Role Description This is a full time, on-site Digital Content Creator role based in Bengaluru. The Digital Content Creator will develop, produce, and publish engaging content for web, social media, and other digital channels that aligns with Alt DRX's brand and educates users about tokenized real estate investing. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning content campaigns, scripting and editing short-form videos, creating graphics or visual assets in collaboration with designers, and writing copy for posts, product pages, and email communication. The role involves researching real estate and fintech topics, translating complex concepts into clear, accessible content,



and optimizing content for reach and engagement through SEO and platform best practices. The Digital Content Creator will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and support user acquisition and retention.

Qualifications

- Strong digital content creation skills, including copywriting for web and social media, basic video scripting, and storytelling tailored to online audiences.
- Experience with social media and content marketing, including planning content calendars, optimizing posts for engagement, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Ability to research fintech and real estate topics, simplify complex ideas, and produce clear, accurate, and user-focused content.
- Familiarity with basic design and multimedia tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud or similar) to collaborate on visuals and short-form video content.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; comfort creating content suited to middle India users is an advantage.
- Strong attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in fintech, real estate, or startup environments is preferred but not mandatory; interest in digital investing and alternate assets or tokenization is a plus.
