Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Salesforce Trainer who can combine technical expertise with effective teaching skills. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality training sessions, helping learners understand Salesforce concepts, and preparing them for real-world project scenarios.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver instructor-led training sessions on Salesforce (Admin & Developer topics)
- Design and develop training materials, presentations, assignments, and assessments
- Provide hands-on training on real-time scenarios including configuration, customization, and automation
- Guide students on Salesforce concepts such as Data Modeling, Security, Automation, and Apex, LWC, Integration
- Assist learners in building projects, case studies, and practical implementations
- Evaluate student performance through assignments, quizzes, and mock interviews
- Provide mentorship and career guidance to students
- Stay updated with latest Salesforce releases and features
- Collaborate with internal teams to align training with industry requirements
- Support students in certification preparation




- Maintain training documentation and progress reports

Requirements:

- 3–5 years of proven experience as a Salesforce Trainer or Salesforce Developer/Admin
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud)
- Hands-on experience with Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Components (LWC/Aura)
- Valuable understanding of Salesforce configuration: Objects, Fields, Validation Rules, Workflows, Flows
- Experience with Data Loader, Data Import Wizard, and data management
- Familiarity with Reports & Dashboards
- Understanding of deployment tools and CI/CD (Change Sets, Copado)
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex concepts for learners
- Experience in delivering classroom and online training sessions

Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field
- Salesforce Certifications (Administrator, Platform Developer I) preferred
