Job Description

At Restroworks, as a QA Engineer, you are primarily responsible for reviewing

quality specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and

meaningful feedback. Other tasks include developing and running new tests,

reporting on the results and collaborating with software developers to fix

program issues.

Responsibilities

- Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer
- Ability to document and troubleshoot errors
- Review requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
- Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test scenarios, test plans, and test cases
- Estimate, prioritize, plan,



and coordinate testing activities
- Must have experience in web-based and mobile applications testing
- Experience with bug-tracking tools like Bugzilla, Jira, and Zoho
- Understand product requirements and technical specifications
- Develop test plans, test strategies, and test cases based on project scope
- Define test objectives, test scenarios, and success criteria
- Verify bug fixes and ensure quality improvements before production deployment

Requirements

- 2-5 years of experience in Manual Testing / Quality Assurance.
- Solid understanding of Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) and defect management processes.
- Hands-on experience testing web and mobile applications.
- Experience with bug-tracking and project management tools such as Jira, Bugzilla, Zoho, or similar tools.
- Good understanding of test case design techniques and testing methodologies.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent documentation and reporting abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
