Job Title: HR Associate

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

- Assist in end-to-end recruitment for creative, strategy, client servicing, and support functions
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other hiring channels
- Coordinate interviews, schedule meetings, and manage candidate communication
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure a seamless hiring process

Employee Engagement & HR Support

- Support the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, events, and wellness initiatives
- Assist with onboarding and induction programs for new hire
- Help foster a positive, cooperative, and inclusive work environment
- Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support

HR Operations

- Maintain employee records and HR documentation with accuracy




- Assist in attendance management, leave records, payroll inputs, and HRMS updates
- Support the implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with company processes
- Coordinate employee letters, documentation, and other HR administrative tasks

Qualifications & Skills

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- 1–3 years of experience in HR or recruitment (freshers with relevant internships are encouraged to apply)
- Basic understanding of recruitment and HR operations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRMS tools is an added advantage
