Designation: Junior Program Manager
Location: Noida, Sector 5
Work Mode: 6 Days WFO
Shift Timings: 9:30 am - 5:30 pm
Key Responsibilities:
Your primary job responsibility will include (and not limited to):
Serve as the primary point of contact for learners, addressing queries and ensuring timely
resolution of concerns.
Coordinate and manage end-to-end program operations to ensure seamless execution and
delivery.
Make outbound calls to learners daily for follow-ups, engagement, issue resolution, and
program-related communication.
Administer and maintain the Learning Management System (LMS), including learner records,
course updates, and tracking of program progress.
Plan, schedule, and communicate academic sessions, assessments, and program-related
activities.
Maintain accurate learner and program data, ensuring data integrity and timely reporting.
Manage and distribute learning materials, resources, and program documentation to support the
learner experience.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program delivery and adherence to
timelines.
Monitor learner engagement and provide operationalsupport to enhance overall program
effectiveness.
Desired Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
1 to 3 years of experience in Program Management, Academic Operations, Learner Support,
or a similar role.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills with a learner-centric approach.
Excellent organizational and time-management abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other productivity tools.
Strong attention to detail and data management skills.
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle learner queries and operational challenges
efficiently.
