Key Responsibilities

- Conduct training needs analysis by understanding client and organizational training requirements.
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and coordinating training programs and workshops.
- Develop and update training materials, presentations (PPTs), handouts, activities, and learning resources.
- Coordinate with internal and external Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for content development and training delivery.
- Prepare training schedules, trainer briefs, and ensure all pre-session activities are completed.
- Manage end-to-end training logistics, including participant communication, venue/online session arrangements, and technical support.
- Register participants on the Learning Management System (LMS) and maintain training records.
- Monitor live training sessions and ensure smooth execution of both online and offline programs.
- Track attendance, assessments, participant feedback, and maintain accurate training documentation.
- Prepare post-training reports, feedback summaries,



and client reports.
- Maintain trainer databases, training records, and archive training materials and session recordings.
- Ensure compliance with organizational SOPs, quality standards, and training processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement by analyzing participant feedback and implementing process enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support Learning & Development initiatives and organizational growth.
