Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and articulate Technical Content Writer who excels at bridging the gap between complex engineering concepts and accessible, high-converting content. In this role, you will be responsible for translating intricate technology, software architectures, and product features into clear, authoritative articles, whitepapers, case studies, and documentation.

You will work closely with developers, product managers, and subject matter experts (SMEs) to produce content that educates developers, builds authority with industry decision-makers, and drives organic search growth.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Do)

1. Content Strategy & Execution

- In-Depth Technical Writing: Write well-researched, authoritative content including technical blogs, architectural breakdowns, whitepapers, eBooks, and customer case studies.
- Simplifying Complexity: Digest intricate technical topics (e.g., cloud infrastructure, APIs, SaaS architectures, cybersecurity, or data pipelines) and articulate them clearly for both technical readers (engineers, developers) and non-technical decision-makers (CISOs, CTOs, IT Directors).
- Technical Documentation Support: Assist in creating and updating product guides, API reference sheets, release notes, and developer-facing knowledge base articles.

2. SME Collaboration & Research

- Interview internal software engineers, solution architects,



and product managers to extract technical details, code examples, and product insights.
- Monitor industry trends, technology frameworks, and emerging tech stacks to generate fresh, relevant content ideas.

3. SEO & Content Performance

- Implement SEO best practices (keyword research, search intent mapping, internal linking) to ensure technical content ranks on search engine result pages (SERPs).
- Audit existing content regularly to refresh outdated technical information, fix broken code snippets, and optimize performance based on GA4 metrics.

Requirements & Qualifications

- Experience: 3+ years of experience as a Technical Writer, Technical Content Marketer, or Developer Relations (DevRel) writer in a B2B SaaS or IT/tech environment.
- Technical Aptitude: Proven ability to read and understand code snippets (e.g., Python, JavaScript, JSON), API specifications, or system architecture diagrams.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing technical blogs, developer documentation, whitepapers, or in-depth technical guides.
- SEO Foundations: Solid working knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research tools (Ahrefs/Semrush), and CMS platforms (WordPress/Ghost).
- Communication Skills: Flawless written English, precise technical vocabulary, and an uncompromising eye for grammatical and editorial detail.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, English, or Communications (or equivalent practical experience).
