As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications tailored to align with specific business processes and application needs. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving business demands. Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze application requirements.
- Ensure the applications developed are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving application issues to maintain optimal performance.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance when necessary.

Professional & Technical Skills:

- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- Strong understanding of application design and configuration within Microsoft Dynamics CRM environments.
- Experience in customizing and extending Microsoft Dynamics CRM to meet business needs.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM applications.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and tools to connect Microsoft Dynamics CRM with other systems.
- Knowledge of database concepts and data management as related to Microsoft Dynamics CRM.

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Dynamics CRM Technical.
- This position is based at our Hyderabad office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
