Hiring: Travel Sales Consultant

Location: Noida (In office)

Employment Type: Full-Time

Experience: 1–5 Years (Travel Sales experience is mandatory)

About the Role

We are looking for passionate and target-driven Travel Sales Consultants with proven experience in selling Vietnam, Bali, and Northeast India holiday packages. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong destination knowledge, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound travel inquiries through calls, WhatsApp, emails, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable holiday packages.

Sell customized and fixed departure packages for:

Vietnam

Bali

Northeast India (Sikkim, Gangtok, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Darjeeling, etc.)

Prepare itineraries, quotations, and package costing.

Convert inquiries into confirmed bookings and achieve monthly sales targets.

Coordinate with the operations team for seamless booking and customer support.





Build long-term customer relationships and generate repeat business.

Maintain customer records and update CRM regularly.

Stay updated with destination knowledge, visa requirements, airline options, and travel trends.

Requirements

Minimum 1 year of Travel Sales experience.

Mandatory experience in selling Vietnam, Bali, and Northeast India packages.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and sales skills.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

Good knowledge of itinerary planning and travel operations.

Graduation in any discipline.

Immediate joiners or candidates serving a short notice period will be preferred.
