Build the Next Generation of AI Products

We're partnering with an innovative technology company that is investing heavily in AI-driven products to transform complex business processes for customers across the globe.
As an AI Product Developer, you'll play a key role in designing, developing and enhancing cloud-native AI applications. Working alongside Product Managers, Engineers and UX teams, you'll help deliver intelligent, scalable software while leveraging the latest AI-assisted development tools to accelerate delivery.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys building up-to-date products, experimenting with Generative AI technologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

The Role

You'll be responsible for developing AI-powered product features from concept through to production. Using modern software engineering practices and AI development tools, you'll help build scalable, secure and maintainable cloud-native applications.
Working within an AWS-first environment, you'll contribute across the full software development lifecycle, from rapid prototyping through to production deployment and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

AI-Assisted Software Development

- Use AI-powered development tools to accelerate coding, testing, debugging and documentation.
- Build production-ready features from product requirements and user stories.
- Review, validate and optimise AI-generated code to ensure quality, security and maintainability.
- Experiment with emerging AI development techniques while maintaining engineering best practices.

Product Development

- Design and develop new product capabilities and user-facing features.
- Build scalable APIs, backend services and cloud-native applications.




- Work closely with Product Managers, Designers and Engineers to translate business requirements into software solutions.
- Improve product performance, usability and scalability.
- Contribute across frontend, backend and integration layers where required.

Cloud Engineering

- Develop cloud-native applications using AWS services.
- Build secure APIs and integrations with internal and external systems.
- Support serverless, event-driven and containerised architectures.
- Contribute to deployment automation, monitoring and operational reliability.
- Promote scalable, secure and cost-effective cloud solutions.

Software Engineering

- Write clean, well-tested and maintainable code.
- Participate in code reviews and technical discussions.
- Support CI/CD pipelines and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve system performance.
- Identify opportunities to simplify architecture and improve engineering processes.

Skills & Experience

We're looking for engineers who enjoy building modern AI-powered products and are passionate about software engineering.
You'll ideally have:

- Commercial experience in software engineering, full-stack development or product engineering.
- Experience using AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or similar.
- Strong experience with modern programming languages and frameworks.




- Experience developing cloud-native applications using AWS or another major cloud platform.
- Understanding of REST APIs, authentication, databases and modern application architecture.
- Experience working with Git, CI/CD pipelines and collaborative development practices.
- Strong debugging, testing and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Experience working within Agile development teams.
