Accountabilities

The Video Intern will support the creation of engaging visual content across social media platforms, contributing to editing, storytelling, and creative development initiatives. The role requires creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt content styles based on trends and campaign objectives.

- Edit short-form video content for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, advertisements, and social media campaigns.
- Create engaging edits with strong hooks, transitions, subtitles, sound design, and storytelling techniques.
- Collaborate with creative teams to develop content ideas, viral concepts, and trend-based campaigns.
- Support brainstorming sessions for social media narratives, creative concepts, and campaign strategies.
- Apply techniques such as music synchronization, typography, pacing, color grading,



and visual effects.
- Develop motion graphics and animations for digital content.
- Create branded content and performance marketing assets.
- Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and emerging creative formats.

Requirements

The ideal candidate is a creative and motivated individual interested in video editing, digital storytelling, and social media content creation. This role is suitable for early-career professionals who are eager to learn, experiment with creative formats, and develop their technical skills.

- 0+ years of experience; internship or personal project experience in video editing is welcome.
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro and CapCut.
- Familiarity with Final Cut Pro or DaVinci Resolve is a plus.
- Understanding of video storytelling, pacing, transitions, subtitles, and sound design.
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics, animations, or visual effects is preferred.
- Strong creativity and ability to develop engaging content ideas.
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality deliverables.
- Ability to collaborate effectively and adapt to changing creative requirements.
