Application Engineer – Motion Control (Servo Systems, PLC & Drives)

Job Overview

We are looking for an Application Engineer with hands-on experience in commissioning, programming, troubleshooting, and supporting Servo Motors, Servo Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs for industrial machines.

This role is primarily focused on machine automation and motion control using Inovance products.

Key Responsibilities

- Install, commission, program, and troubleshoot Servo Motors, Servo Drives, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs at customer sites.
- Perform machine commissioning, servo tuning, testing, and technical support.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable automation solutions.
- Conduct product demonstrations, customer training, and after-sales support.
- Work closely with OEM machine builders and end users to ensure successful project execution.




- Prepare service reports and technical documentation.

Key Requirements

- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electrical, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in industrial machine automation.
- Practical experience with Servo Systems, PLCs, HMIs, and VFDs.
- Experience with machine builders, CNC machines, packaging machines, SPMs, robotics, or similar industrial automation applications.
- Experience with Inovance, Mitsubishi, Panasonic, Delta, Siemens, Omron, Yaskawa, or similar automation products is preferred.
- Good communication skills and willingness to travel for customer visits and commissioning.
