A US-headquartered product company is scaling its India product hub and has partnered with Flexiple to hire senior talent. You will own a meaningful product line, set its direction, and partner with global leadership on bets that matter. Flexiple is a managed marketplace that helps global companies build high-performing teams and GCCs in India.

Role Overview

As a Senior Product Manager, you will own strategy and execution for a core product area - setting the vision, shaping the roadmap, and driving outcomes across a cross-functional team while mentoring less experienced PMs.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Vision

- Own the strategy and multi-quarter roadmap for a core product area
- Frame the biggest opportunities using research, data, and market context
- Align stakeholders across product, design, engineering, and leadership

Execution & Outcomes

- Drive discovery and delivery for high-impact initiatives end to end




- Define and own the metrics that prove value to the business
- Coach and unblock other product managers on the team

Ideal Candidate Profile

- 5 to 10 years in product management, with senior ownership of an area
- A record of shipping products at scale and driving measurable outcomes
- Strong strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data fluency
- Transparent written and spoken English and a reliable remote-work setup

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working with US or global teams across time zones
- Background in a product-led or platform business
- Exposure to mentoring or leading a small product pod
