Description We are looking for a BPO Team Leader to oversee our customer service team in India. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. You will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the team, ensuring that performance targets are met, and fostering a positive work environment. Responsibilities Lead and manage a team of customer service representatives to achieve performance targets. Monitor team performance and provide feedback and coaching to enhance skills. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through effective team management. Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. Prepare and present performance reports to management. Conduct regular team meetings to discuss performance and address concerns. Skills and Qualifications 1-3 years of experience in a BPO or customer service environment. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions based on performance metrics.



Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. Understanding of BPO operations and customer service best practices.
