We are hiring a Sales Intern to help us put more rooftops to work. SustVest is a full-stack rooftop solar company and independent power producer. We build, own, and operate solar assets for commercial and industrial clients, currently 30+ MW under management across 80+ projects in 13+ states. This is not a coffee-and-spreadsheets internship. You will sit inside the sales function and own real pipeline work from week one. You will own the full sales pipeline, from first touch to closed deal. Full guidance and mentorship. Our team supports you through the entire journey, from getting you leads to helping you nurture them. Sit in on discovery calls, take notes, and drive follow-ups and proposals Keep the CRM clean so nobody loses a warm lead to bad data Qualifications and experience Open to candidates with 1 to 2 years of experience,



or strong foundational skills if you are earlier in your career Comfortable writing a clear, short message to a stranger and following up without being annoying Basic Excel or Google Sheets comfort. Prior sales, BD, or campus placement cell experience is a plus, not a requirement It is a direct springboard to a full time role. The full-time opportunity is the point. We are using the internship period solely to evaluate fit and make the transition into a confirmed full-time position seamless.
