Your role is to understand their goals, address their concerns, involve parents when needed, and help them make an informed decision. Understand each student's preparation journey and recommend the right solution. Maintain accurate CRM records after every interaction.

Banking exam preparation experience or strong knowledge of the Banking exam ecosystem. ~1-2 years of experience in coaching, ed tech, banking industries. ~ Excellent spoken Hindi. ~ Basic English communication skills. Hindi fluency is mandatory. ~ Confidence speaking on phone and video calls. ~ Basic computer and CRM skills (or willingness to learn quickly). You rely on discounts instead of value-based selling. You make promises just to close sales. You believe sales is about convincing instead of understanding.
