Job Title: BDE – IT Services

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Business Development Executive with a strong background in IT or software services sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, acquiring new clients, managing key accounts, and closing high-value deals.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify, prospect, and generate current business opportunities through LinkedIn, email campaigns, networking, references, and other lead generation channels
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual revenue targets
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Understand client business needs and propose suitable IT/software solutions
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation → client meetings → proposal submission → negotiation → deal closure
- Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to prepare customized proposals and cost estimates
- Manage key accounts and explore cross-selling / upselling opportunities




- Maintain accurate records in CRM and track all sales activities
- Provide regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management
- venue generation, deal closure rate, client acquisition, and overall contribution to company growth

Required Skills & Qualifications

- 0-3 years of experience in IT / Software Services Sales
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Experience in B2B sales and international client handling (preferred)
- Understanding of IT services such as web development, mobile apps, SaaS, custom software, etc.
- Strategic thinking with strong closing ability

Preferred Skills

- Experience with CRM tools
- Strong LinkedIn lead generation experience

Experience working with global clients (US, UK, Australia, etc.)
