Project Manager (ERP)

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager (ERP) with a strong background in managing end-to-end ERP implementation, customization, integration, and support projects. The ideal candidate should have experience working closely with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and technical teams to ensure the successful delivery of ERP solutions.

Lead end-to-end ERP implementation and rollout projects.
Gather and analyze business requirements and convert them into project execution plans.
Coordinate with ERP functional consultants, technical developers, QA teams, and business stakeholders.
Define project scope, timelines, milestones, deliverables, and resource planning.
Manage ERP implementation, customization,



configuration, integration, data migration, and deployment.
Monitor project progress, risks, dependencies, and ensure timely delivery.
Conduct project review meetings and provide regular status updates to clients and management.
Ensure successful User Acceptance Testing (UAT), training, and go-live support.
Manage multiple ERP projects simultaneously while maintaining quality standards.
Ensure project documentation is maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
Drive continuous process improvements and adherence to project management best practices.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
4+ years of experience managing ERP implementation projects in an IT services or consulting environment.
Strong understanding of the complete ERP implementation lifecycle, including requirement gathering, GAP analysis, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-implementation support.
Experience working with ERP platforms such as Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle ERP, Odoo, ERPNext, NetSuite, or similar ERP solutions.
Knowledge of core ERP modules such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Sales, CRM, Manufacturing, HR, and Supply Chain.
Experience in ERP integrations, data migration, and business process mapping.
Solid project planning, risk management, budgeting, and resource management skills.
Excellent client-facing, stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
Hands-on experience with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall project management methodologies.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Microsoft Project, Azure DevOps, or ClickUp.
Experience working in a service-based IT company.
PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum Master, or ERP implementation certifications are preferred.
Ability to manage multiple ERP projects in a fast-paced environment.
