Job Title: Associate Category Manager – Puja Calendar & Astrology

Mandate Languages: Telugu and Kannada

Role Overview:

We are looking for a curious, business-oriented, and culturally aware professional to support the Puja Calendar and Astrology category . The role combines cultural insight, analytical thinking, and user understanding to help design and scale offerings around India’s religious and astrological ecosystem.

The ideal candidate has a basic understanding of the Hindi calendar and astrology, with a keen interest in user behavior, engagement patterns, and business growth levers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Category ownership for the Puja Calendar , ensuring accuracy of festivals, tithis, muhurats, and other cultural events.
- Conduct user and market research to identify engagement opportunities linked to astrology and calendar-driven themes and collaborate with the Marketing team on implementation.
- Work closely with the Category Leaders to plan and execute calendar-based campaigns and initiatives.
- Collaborate with Product, Content, and Design teams to integrate key features or content based on festival and astrology insights.
- Analyze data on user engagement, retention, and feature performance to suggest improvements.
- Coordinate with internal and external experts (astrologers, cultural consultants) to ensure authenticity and alignment.
- Monitor industry and cultural trends to inform category strategies.

- Cultural Knowledge:



Basic understanding of Hindi calendar, astrology, and key spiritual/ritual events.
- Analytical Mindset & Attention to detail: Ability to interpret user data and engagement metrics to inform decisions. Ensures data and content accuracy.
- Project Coordination: Strong organizational skills and comfort working across functions.
- Business Acumen: Awareness of how user needs tie into growth and engagement goals.
- Content Sensibility: Appreciation for spiritual and cultural storytelling.

Ideal Background:

- 2–4 years of experience in category management, product support, user insights, or content strategy.
- Exposure to or interest in astrology, spirituality, or cultural products.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
