Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Verbal Faculty to train college students in English language skills, verbal aptitude, and communication. The candidate will conduct classroom sessions at various partner colleges, prepare students for competitive and study-abroad examinations, and help improve their overall communication and employability skills.

Key Responsibilities

· Deliver engaging classroom sessions on Verbal Ability, English Grammar, Vocabulary, Reading Comprehension, and Communication Skills.

· Train students for competitive and study-abroad exams such as GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, and Duolingo (as applicable).

· Travel to assigned colleges and conduct sessions as per the academic schedule.

· Prepare lesson plans, study materials, assignments, and mock tests.

· Assess student performance through regular tests and provide constructive feedback.

· Maintain attendance, progress reports, and submit training updates to the Academic Manager.





· Conduct doubt-clearing sessions and motivate students to achieve their target scores.

· Coordinate with college placement cells, faculty coordinators, and internal teams for smooth execution of training programs.

· Stay updated with exam patterns and incorporate effective teaching methodologies.

Desired Candidate Profile

· Bachelor's or Master's degree in English, Linguistics, Education, or a related field.

· 1–5 years of experience in teaching Verbal Ability, English, or Aptitude.

· Excellent command of spoken and written English.

· Solid presentation, classroom management, and interpersonal skills.

· Willingness to travel to different colleges within the assigned region.

· Experience in training for GRE, GMAT, SAT, IELTS, TOEFL, PTE, or Duolingo is preferred.
