Experience 5-10 Years

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Camunda 8 Developer with handson experience in workflow orchestration BPMN process automation and microservicesbased application development The ideal candidate should possess strong expertise in Camunda 8 Zeebe Java Spring Boot and cloudnative architectures helping design and implement scalable business process automation solutions

Key Responsibilities

Design develop and implement business workflows using Camunda 8 Zeebe

Create and maintain BPMN workflows DMN decision tables and eventdriven process orchestration

Develop and integrate Camunda workers using JavaSpring Boot

Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into workflow solutions

Integrate Camunda processes with enterprise applications REST APIs databases and messaging platforms

Implement workflow monitoring troubleshooting and performance tuning

Design scalable and resilient cloudnative workflow solutions

Develop reusable workflow patterns and best practices

Participate in code reviews testing deployment and production support

Ensure adherence to security compliance and operational standards

Mandatory Skills

Solid experience with Camunda 8 Zeebe platform

Expertise in BPMN 20 workflow modeling

Handson experience with DMN Decision Model Notation

Strong Java development experience

Experience with Spring Boot Spring Cloud and Microservices architecture

REST API development and integration

Experience with KafkaEventDriven Architecture

SQL and database design PostgreSQL preferred

Containerization using Docker and Kubernetes

CICD tools such as Jenkins GitHub Actions or GitLab CI

Preferred Skills

Camunda Optimize and Operate

Experience with cloud platforms GCP AWS or Azure

Knowledge of process migration from Camunda 7 to Camunda 8

Understanding of workflow monitoring observability and logging frameworks

Experience with OAuth2 JWT and enterprise security patterns





Exposure to AgileScrum delivery methodologies

Good to Have

Camunda Certification

Experience in Banking Financial Services or Insurance BFSI domain

Knowledge of Saga patterns and distributed transaction management

Exposure to event sourcing and CQRS architecture

Educational Qualification

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Information Technology or related field
