About The Job:

- Looking for an experienced SAP Integration Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) for AMS support engagements. The candidate should have strong experience in SAP ECC integrations, incident analysis, troubleshooting, and production support activities.
- Skills: SAP Datasphere; SAP BTP Data Intelligence; SAP BTP Extension Suite; SAP BTP Smart Data Integration (SDI); SAP BTP API Management; SAP Business Technology Platform (SAP BTP)

Shift Details: Rotational Shift Support
- SHIFT A (APAC): 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM IST
- SHIFT B (EMEA): 2:00 PM to 10:00 PM IST
- SHIFT C (AMER): 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM IST

Essential Job Functions:

- Develop, support and maintain SAP PI/PO and SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI) interfaces.
- Analyze and resolve production issues, interface failures, and data inconsistencies.
- Perform incident handling, root cause analysis, and ticket resolution through ServiceNow.
- Monitor interfaces and ensure SLA adherence for AMS support activities.
- Work on SAP ECC integrations using IDoc, RFC, Proxy, SOAP, REST, OData, File, and SFTP interfaces.
- Coordinate with functional, BASIS, and external teams for issue resolution and deployments.
- Perform enhancements, bug fixes,



and support testing activities.
- Demonstrate robust monitoring capabilities in SAP ECC systems.
- Prepare technical documentation and handover activities.
- Possess good understanding of encryption/decryption, SSL/SSH certificates, and industry-standard integration authentication mechanisms.

Qualifications:
Required Skills

- Strong hands-on 5–7 years of experience in SAP PI/PO.
- Working 4–5 years of experience in SAP BTP Integration Suite (CPI).
- Strong knowledge of SAP ECC integrations.
- Hands-on 4–5 years of experience with SAP API Management (APIM) and issue resolution.
- Good troubleshooting and debugging skills.
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow incident and change management.
- Experience with SOAP, REST, IDoc, RFC, OData, SFTP, and File-based integrations.
- Knowledge of message mappings, XSLT, and Groovy/Java scripting.
- Good to have exposure to SAP BODS, ADF, and ESB technologies.
