We are looking for a motivated and target-oriented Field Sales Executive to generate current business, develop customer relationships, and achieve sales targets through direct field sales activities. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits and direct sales activities.
Generate new leads and convert them into customers.
Meet assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Visit existing and potential clients regularly to understand their requirements.
Present and explain products or services to customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
Follow up on leads, enquiries, quotations, and sales opportunities.
Negotiate pricing and terms with customers when required.
Maintain accurate records of customer visits, leads, and sales activities.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and service delivery.




Collect customer feedback and communicate market requirements to the management team.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities.
Prepare regular sales reports and provide updates to the sales manager.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
Previous experience in field sales, direct sales, or business development is preferred.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
Customer-focused and target-oriented approach.
Ability to travel frequently for client visits.
Good knowledge of local markets and customer handling.
Strong lead-generation and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Strong time-management and organizational skills.
Valid driving license and personal vehicle may be preferred.
