We are looking for a skilled Data Scientist to analyze complex datasets, develop predictive models, and generate actionable insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate should have robust knowledge of statistics, machine learning, Python, data analysis, and data visualization.

Responsibilities
Collect, clean, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources.
Develop and implement machine learning and statistical models.
Identify trends, patterns, and insights from complex datasets.
Build predictive models to support business and operational decisions.
Perform data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation.
Create data visualizations and dashboards to communicate insights effectively.
Collaborate with business, engineering, and product teams to understand data requirements.
Monitor and improve the performance of machine learning models.
Conduct exploratory data analysis and statistical analysis.
Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Maintain documentation of models, analysis, and data processes.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
Strong programming skills in Python or R.
Strong knowledge of Statistics, Probability, and Machine Learning.
Experience with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, and Matplotlib/Seaborn.
Good knowledge of SQL and database concepts.
Understanding of machine learning algorithms and model evaluation techniques.
Experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
Familiarity with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch is an advantage.
Understanding of data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model deployment.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
