We are looking for a skilled System Administrator to manage, maintain, and monitor the organization’s IT infrastructure, servers, networks, and systems. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of system administration, troubleshooting, security, backups, and network management.

Responsibilities
Install, configure, maintain, and monitor servers, operating systems, and IT infrastructure.
Manage Windows and Linux server environments.
Monitor system performance, availability, and resource utilization.
Manage user accounts, permissions, access controls, and security policies.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, server, and network-related issues.
Perform regular system backups and assist with disaster recovery procedures.
Install and manage software, security updates, patches, and system upgrades.
Monitor and maintain network connectivity and IT infrastructure.
Implement and maintain system security measures, antivirus, and firewall policies.
Maintain system documentation, configurations, and IT asset records.
Provide technical support to employees and resolve IT-related issues.




Coordinate with vendors and service providers when required.
Ensure systems comply with company security and operational policies.
Monitor logs and identify potential security or performance issues.

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
Experience in System Administration, IT Infrastructure, or Technical Support.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, LAN, and networking concepts.
Experience with server administration and system monitoring.
Knowledge of Active Directory, user management, and access control.
Familiarity with backup, recovery, patch management, and security practices.
Basic knowledge of firewalls, antivirus, and network security.
Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V is an advantage.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Valuable documentation, communication, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and respond effectively to technical issues.
