About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Video Producer to drive the creation, optimisation, and publishing of high-quality editorial video content. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital storytelling, audience engagement, YouTube analytics, and content optimisation strategies to enhance channel growth and performance. Key Responsibiliti esPublish high-quality editorial video content consistently and within defined timeline s.Identify, develop, and package newsworthy and trending stories for digital audience s.Ensure editorial accuracy, relevance, quality, and strong storytelling standards across all published content.Optimise video titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, and metadata to improve YouTube search visibility and discoverabilit y.Monitor and analyse channel performance metrics, including views, watch time, subscriber growth, and audience engagemen t.Generate actionable insights from YouTube Analytics and recommend content improvements.Coordinate effectively with content creators, video editors, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflow executio n.Stay updated on current affairs, digital media trends, audience behaviour, and platform update s.Ensure compliance with copyright regulations, community guidelines, and platform policies.



Required Skills&Qualificati; ons Sk ills2 to 5 years of Newsroom Experience is a mustStrong editorial writing and editing skills in Engl ish.Ability to identify and develop compelling digital stor ies.Proficiency in analysing and interpreting YouTube Analyt ics.Knowledge of YouTube content optimisation and basic SEO principles.Working knowledge of video editing tools will be an added advant age.
