and ITSM solutionsWe're Looking For✅ Experience with IT Operations, Network Monitoring, ITSM, APM, RUM, or Observability platforms ✅ Hands-on exposure to tools such as Motadata, ManageEngine, SolarWinds, PRTG, WhatsUp Gold, Freshworks, ServiceNow, or BMC Helix ✅ Knowledge of Infrastructure, Application, Database, Cloud, andHybrid Setting Monitoring✅ Understanding of Metrics, Logs, Traces (MLT), Distributed Tracing, Synthetic Monitoring, and Log Analytics ✅ Familiarity with Networking (TCP/IP, SNMP, WMI, Syslog, NetFlow), Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, and integrations ✅ Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skillsIf you're passionate about enterprise technology, enjoy solving customer challenges, and want to work with a leading IT Operations&Observability; platform, we'd love to hear from you.
