Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru for a Junior Architect (Interiors) with 1–3 years of experience. The role involves supporting interior architectural design for commercial and corporate spaces, including space planning, concept development, and preparation of detailed drawings and presentations. The Junior Architect will collaborate with senior designers, project managers, and vendors to assist in design coordination, material selection, and adherence to brand and functional requirements. Day-to-day tasks include working on design documentation, contributing to design reviews, coordinating with site teams for implementation,



and ensuring that design intent is maintained throughout the project lifecycle. The position offers opportunities to learn turnkey project processes and gain hands-on experience with contemporary interior design solutions.

Qualifications

- Robust foundational knowledge in Architecture and Architectural Design, with a focus on interiors and space planning.
- Ability to support Project Management activities, including basic scheduling, coordination with stakeholders, and documentation.
- Comfort working with Integration concepts, such as aligning design with MEP services, technology, and workspace systems.
- Proficiency in relevant design and visualization tools (e.g., AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite) and familiarity with construction drawings.
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture from an accredited institution.
- 1–3 years of professional experience in commercial or corporate interior projects, preferably in design & build or turnkey environments.
- Strong attention to detail, ability to interpret client requirements, and willingness to learn in a fast-paced project setting.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and on-site staff.
- Experience in corporate interior design & build projects preferred
