Role Description The HRMS Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Pune City, responsible for end-to-end planning and delivery of HRMS implementation and enhancement projects. This position oversees project scoping, requirements gathering, solution design coordination, and execution, ensuring HR processes are effectively translated into system configurations. The role involves managing timelines, resources, and budgets, coordinating with cross-functional stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to keep projects on track. The HRMS Project Manager monitors risks, manages change requests, and ensures quality through regular status reviews, testing coordination, and post-implementation support. In addition, the role includes preparing project documentation, training plans,



and user communication materials to support successful adoption and continuous improvement of HR systems.

Qualifications

- Project Management skills, including experience leading HRMS or ERP-related projects and coordinating cross-functional teams.
- Expeditor and Expediting capabilities to track deliverables, follow up with stakeholders, and ensure timely completion of project milestones.
- Inspection experience to review configurations, test results, and system outputs for accuracy and compliance with business requirements.
- Logistics Management skills to coordinate resources, schedules, and dependencies across multiple project streams.
- Solid understanding of HR processes (such as payroll, recruitment, performance management) and their translation into HRMS solutions.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills, with the ability to work effectively with technical and non-technical partners.
- Proficiency with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile or Waterfall) and familiarity with cloud-based SaaS platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, IT, Engineering, or a related field; relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, Scrum Master, HRIS/HRMS certifications) are an advantage.
- Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize in a dynamic environment.
- Prior experience is Netsuite is Preferred.
