Position Overview

Key Responsibilities

Business Development

- Identify prospective corporate and government customers.
- Research target organisations and decision makers.
- Build prospect databases.
- Generate qualified business leads.
- Coordinate meetings with prospective customers.
- Assist in preparing sales presentations.
- Prepare capability documents.
- Maintain CRM and sales pipeline.
- Support proposal preparation and commercial discussions.
- Assist in responding to RFPs, RFQs and tenders.

AI Product Management

Work closely with founders in building AI-powered products.

Responsibilities include:

- Understanding customer business processes.
- Documenting customer requirements.
- Preparing Business Requirement Documents (BRDs).
- Assisting in product planning.
- Preparing user stories.
- Preparing functional specifications.
- Coordinating with technical teams.
- Participating in sprint planning.
- Tracking development progress.
- Helping define product roadmaps.

eLearning Solutions

Support the eLearning business by:

- Understanding client learning requirements.
- Assisting instructional designers.
- Coordinating with SMEs.




- Reviewing learning content.
- Preparing project documentation.
- Supporting storyboard reviews.
- Helping prepare client presentations.

Marketing

Assist in developing marketing initiatives including:

- Company presentations
- Product brochures
- AI solution brochures
- Sales collateral
- Case studies
- Whitepapers
- Website content
- Linked In campaigns
- Email campaigns
- Marketing videos
- Product launch material

Research

Conduct research on:

- Industry trends
- AI applications
- Finance automation
- HR technology
- Competitor analysis
- Customer pain points
- Government projects
- International markets
- SaaS business models
- Pricing strategies

Customer Engagement

- Attend customer meetings.
- Prepare meeting minutes.
- Follow up on action items.
- Coordinate with internal teams.
- Assist in customer onboarding.
- Build long-term customer relationships.

Project Coordination

Coordinate between:

- Customers
- Developers
- Instructional Designers
- Graphic Designers
- SMEs
- QA Teams
- Sales Team
- Management

Ensure projects are completed on schedule.
