We're looking for an experienced IT Sales Manager with a strong background in Business Development and 5+ years of experience selling IT Services, SaaS, Custom Software Development, or Software Solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Own the complete sales cycle—from prospecting and lead generation to proposal, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Generate recent business through Linked In, cold calling, email outreach, networking, referrals, and strategic partnerships.
- Sell AI Consulting, Software Development Services, Custom Software Development, Web & Mobile Applications, Managed IT Services, Resource Augmentation, and Digital Transformation solutions.
- Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Conduct discovery meetings to understand client business challenges and recommend suitable technology solutions.
- Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and solution presentations.
- Build relationships with CXOs, IT Heads, Founders, and business decision-makers across mid-market and enterprise organizations.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets while identifying upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

What We're Looking For

- 5+ years of B2B sales experience in IT Services, SaaS, Software Development,



Custom Software Development, Web & Mobile Application Development, ERP/CRM, AI Solutions, Cloud Services, or Managed IT Services.
- Proven experience independently managing the entire sales lifecycle, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Strong experience acquiring new clients through cold calling, Linked In outreach, networking, referrals, email campaigns, and outbound sales.
- Excellent consultative selling, negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
- Experience using CRM platforms such as Hub Spot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, Lead Squared, or similar.
- Understanding of software development services and technology solutions. Prior experience selling AI solutions is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Experience selling technology solutions to SMEs, mid-market, or enterprise clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
