Role Description This is a full-time Video Editor role based in Bhopal, offered in a hybrid format with a mix of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The Video Editor will be responsible for editing raw footage into compelling videos that showcase properties, product features, and brand narratives for digital channels. Daily tasks include assembling clips, adding transitions, synchronizing audio, performing basic color correction, and integrating motion graphics and visual elements aligned with brand guidelines. The role involves collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to understand requirements, refine scripts,



and adapt content for various platforms such as social media, ads, and product demos. The Video Editor will also maintain organized media libraries, follow project timelines, and contribute creative ideas to improve overall video quality and engagement.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Production and Video Editing, including handling raw footage, timelines, and post-production workflows.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading to ensure consistent, appealing visuals and support brand identity.
- Experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create overlays, animated elements, titles, and visual enhancements.
- Hands-on experience with industry-standard editing tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve) and motion graphics software (e.g., After Effects).
- Ability to follow creative briefs, meet deadlines, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong attention to detail, visual storytelling ability, and understanding of digital and social media video formats.
- Relevant coursework or a degree in film, media, design, or a related field is beneficial; prior experience in real estate or tech startups is a plus.
