Role Description The Business Development Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Chennai. This role involves identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, managing a sales pipeline, and driving revenue growth for interior solutions across stretch ceilings and related product lines. Day-to-day tasks include lead generation through various channels, conducting client meetings and presentations, preparing proposals and quotations, and following up to close deals. The Business Development Executive will maintain and grow key accounts,



ensure high levels of client satisfaction, and collaborate with the design and operations teams to deliver solutions aligned with client needs. The role also includes market research, competitor analysis, and participation in events or site visits to strengthen brand presence.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in New Business Development and Lead Generation to identify, qualify, and convert prospects.
- Candidates should possess strong Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships and support long-term partnerships.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills, including clear verbal and written communication and confident client-facing interaction.
- Relevant experience in interiors, architecture, construction, or related industries is beneficial.
- Ability to work on-site in Chennai, travel as needed for client visits, and meet sales targets consistently.
- Proficiency with CRM tools, basic MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), and reporting of sales activities is preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
