Required Skills & Experience

-6+ years of overall IT experience with strong ServiceNow development expertise.

-Hands-on experience in: IRM / GRC, BCM, SecOps -Strong expertise in: JavaScript Glide API, Flow Designer, Integration Hub, ServiceNow scripting

-Experience working on: Security Incident Response, Vulnerability Response, Risk and Compliance workflows, Business Continuity processes

-Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and MID Server configurations.

-Good understanding of CMDB and ServiceNow platform architecture.

-Strong analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

-Valuable communication and stakeholder interaction skills.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience





-Exposure to Operational Resilience frameworks.

-Experience integrating ServiceNow with SIEM or security monitoring tools.

-Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.

-Understanding of ITIL processes and enterprise governance frameworks.

-Exposure to cloud platforms and security operations is an added advantage.

-ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) -Certified Application Developer (CAD)

-CIS – Risk & Compliance (preferred)
