- Delivers shift yield, cost and capacity targets; monitors process parameters in real time and takes immediate corrective action to close performance gaps.
- Leads AM teams on the assigned line; implements AM steps, coaches operators and sustains improvement gains through regular inspections and OPL completion.
- Controls shift-level energy and RM consumption within BOM targets; identifies waste in real time and acts to reduce specific consumption.
- Leads Kaizen activities on shift; ensures WCM tools (OPL, AM tags, FI forms) are used correctly and contributes actively to WCM pillar targets.
