We are looking for a confident and customer-focused professional to handle incoming event enquiries through WhatsApp, Instagram and phone calls.

- Location: Hyderabad | Office-Based
- Experience: 1–2 Years
- Salary: ₹30,000/month + Incentives + Overtime Pay
- Working Hours: 9 Hours including 1-hour lunch break
- Weekly Off: 1 Day
- Candidates from anywhere in India can apply, provided they are willing to relocate to Hyderabad.

Candidate Requirements:

• 1–2 years of experience in customer service, client handling, telecalling, inside sales, hospitality or event enquiries

• Must know English, Hindi and Telugu

• Good WhatsApp, Instagram and phone communication skills

• Solid follow-up and customer-handling ability

• Comfortable handling multiple enquiries

• Basic knowledge of WhatsApp Business, Instagram, Google Sheets or Excel preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond promptly and professionally to client enquiries

• Understand event requirements, budget, date and location





• Share suitable packages, catalogues, pricing, photos and videos

• Recommend the right event options to clients

• Follow up with interested customers and help convert enquiries into confirmed bookings

• Explain package inclusions, pricing and payment terms clearly

• Maintain enquiry, follow-up and booking records

• Coordinate confirmed bookings with the operations team

• Ensure no genuine enquiry is missed

• Provide an excellent client experience throughout the enquiry process

This role does not have fixed sales targets. The focus is on prompt responses, excellent customer service and converting genuine enquiries into bookings.

Special performance incentives will be provided for achieving the required booking milestones.
