An Engineering Graduate with Masters in Traffic / Transportation / Master Planner with specializations in Transport. 2. 8 to 13 years of post-qualification relevant work experience. 3. Proficiency in VISSIM, MS Office, Auto CAD software's for the study are necessary. 4. Solid knowledge and understanding of Traffic Impact analysis parking design, user-based traffic circulations, road traffic, intersections, construction practices / techniques, contract laws, project controls and building support systems. 5. Strong project report writing and presentation skills. Managerial 1. Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously 2. Time management 3. Customer Focus: Time conscious and respects customer mandate Behavioral 1. Ability to relate with senior & junior team members Functional Knowledge User based parking design, traffic circulation, junction design, simulation & modeling of transportation networks, traffic flow, parking analysis & design, travel demand modeling, traffic impact assessment, carry out traffic projection with various methods and prepare demand estimates. Analysis of OD data and prepare desired line diagrams and traffic assignment carry out traffic engineering design. Software Knowledge: Auto Turn4, Sketchup and other is a plus.

Key Performance Areas





- To deliver Traffic Assessment Study and Parking Design as per Quality standards of Secure Parking Solutions for assigned projects
- To manage multiple projects and clients
- To prepare proposal / report for presentation to the clients.

Responsibilities

- To assist the project leaders in the Parking Design, Traffic Assessment, and Parking Demand study based on the brief given by the Head / Client.
- To make detailed presentation drawings & documentation.
- Make detailed presentation of traffic, parking, drawings and documentation.
- Prepare proposal and report for presentation for client (International or National).
- Team Work
- Coordinate with team members and coordinate the work status
- Share & seek information relevant to the progress of the assignment
- Quality management
- Ensure reports / drawings sent are error free
- Develop processes to ensure error free output / follow existing quality processes.
- Follow the existing quality standards of Secure and develop process for improvement.
- Client Interface
- Meet and interact with the client's technical team to discuss project details and execution.
- Explain clients the impact of the current traffic flow and future impact, drawings on parking concept, parking design, parking management, signage's etc.
- Present to the client different options for user-based parking strategies and traffic management.
