Fairy Frills is a D2C fashion brand built for kids — creating trendy, comfortable, and quality clothing that parents trust and children love to wear. As we grow our online and social media presence, we're looking for a driven Sales Executive who can be the friendly face of our brand: turning curious shoppers into loyal, repeat customers.

Role Overview

You'll own the full customer journey — from the first message on Instagram to post-purchase follow-up. That means generating and converting leads, resolving customer queries with warmth and speed, and feeding customer insights back into the business to help us improve.

What You'll Do

- Proactively reach out to potential customers via calls, WhatsApp/messages, and social media (Instagram and beyond) to generate and qualify new leads
- Own the lead pipeline — track, follow up with, and nurture leads from first contact through to conversion
- Respond promptly and accurately to customer queries on products, sizing, pricing, offers, and order status
- Build genuine relationships with customers to encourage repeat purchases and referrals
- Follow up on leads generated through the website, Instagram, and other marketing/ad campaigns
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of leads, queries,



and orders in the CRM/tracker
- Consistently work towards and meet monthly sales and conversion targets
- Collect and share customer feedback with the product and marketing teams to help improve offerings
- Coordinate with marketing on campaign follow-ups and with operations on order or delivery issues

What We're Looking For

- 1+ years of experience in sales, telecalling, or customer handling (fashion, retail, or D2C ecommerce experience is a strong plus)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A friendly, patient, and empathetic approach — especially when handling customer concerns
- Comfortable working towards sales and lead targets in a fast-paced environment
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools, spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets), and social media platforms
- Self-motivated, organized, and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up discipline
- Bachelor's degree preferred, though not mandatory
