Role Description (WFH)
The Associate Telecaller role is a full-time, work from home position. The role involves:
Making outbound and receiving inbound calls to prospective and existing clients, explaining services, and addressing inquiries in a clear and professional manner.
The Associate Telecaller will update and maintain call records and client information in the system, follow up on leads, and support the sales and consulting teams by scheduling appointments or meetings.
Daily responsibilities include meeting call targets,
maintaining high standards of customer service, and providing feedback from clients to improve processes. The role also requires adherence to company policies, participation in training, and collaboration with colleagues to achieve team goals.
Qualifications
- Strong verbal communication, active listening, and clear telephone etiquette skills.
- Ability to handle customer queries, provide information, and manage basic objections with patience and professionalism.
- Comfort with using computers, CRM tools, and maintaining accurate call and client data.
- Basic understanding of business consulting or services; willingness to learn about WES offerings.
- Adaptability, time management, and the ability to work towards daily and weekly targets.
- Minimum high school diploma; a bachelor's degree in any field is an advantage.
- Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or call center roles is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented workplace.
