AdGurilla is building a technology platform to organize and digitize offline advertising.

Our vision is to create Google Ads for the physical world, enabling brands to plan, book, and manage offline advertising campaigns across locations such as:

- billboards
- residential societies
- retail stores
- gyms
- petrol pumps
- commercial spaces

The platform will help brands discover locations, design creatives, execute campaigns, and track performance through a centralized system.

Role: Co‑Founder (With Investment)

We are looking for a committed co‑founder who can contribute both strategically and financially to help scale AdGurilla into a national advertising platform.

This person will work closely with the founding team to build supply networks, acquire brands, and drive company growth.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Development

- Build partnerships with media owners and advertising location providers
- Develop relationships with brands, agencies, and advertisers
- Expand AdGurilla's advertising inventory network

Growth Strategy

- Design and execute go‑to‑market strategies
- Identify recent market opportunities and expansion areas
- Build scalable revenue streams

Fundraising Support

- Support investor outreach and fundraising activities
- Help prepare investor materials and business strategies

Operations & Marketplace Growth

- Ensure supply and demand growth on the platform
- Coordinate with vendors, partners,



and operations teams
- Improve advertiser experience and campaign execution

Strategic Leadership

- Contribute to company vision, product roadmap, and long‑term strategy
- Participate in key decisions related to scaling the platform

Investment Expectation

The co‑founder will contribute financial investment to support early growth.

Expected contribution range:

₹10L – ₹50L (depending on role and equity structure)

Investment will support:

- product development
- supply acquisition
- marketing and early operations

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who has:

- experience in advertising, marketing, media, or startups
- strong business development or sales background
- entrepreneurial mindset
- ability to build partnerships and close deals
- willingness to take ownership and long‑term commitment

Startup experience or marketplace experience is a strong plus.
