Role Description The Senior Video Editor will lead end-to-end post-production for a range of video projects, including branded content, social media campaigns, promotional videos, and long-form pieces. Day-to-day responsibilities include assembling raw footage, selecting and organizing clips, editing sequences, adding transitions and effects, and ensuring a coherent and engaging narrative. The role will also involve color grading, integrating motion graphics, collaborating with the production team on creative direction, and preparing final deliverables optimized for various platforms. The Senior Video Editor will provide guidance to junior editors, maintain organized project files,



and uphold quality and brand standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow.
Qualifications

- Strong skills in Video Editing and Video Production, with experience managing complex projects from rough cut to final output.
- Proficiency in Video Color Grading, with the ability to maintain visual consistency and enhance the overall look and feel of footage.
- Hands-on experience with Motion Graphics and Graphics to create titles, overlays, and visual elements that support storytelling.
- Advanced knowledge of industry-standard editing and post-production tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or similar).
- Proven ability to interpret creative briefs, work closely with directors and producers, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
- Strong sense of pacing, sound design basics, and attention to detail in both visual and audio elements.
- Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Several years of professional editing experience; a portfolio or showreel demonstrating high-quality video work is required.
- Relevant education in Film, Media, Communication, or a related field is preferred but equivalent qualified experience is also valued.
