Role Description The Social Media Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Ahmedabad, responsible for planning, executing, and managing social media presence across key platforms. This role includes creating and publishing engaging content, coordinating with the photography team to showcase visual work, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. Day-to-day tasks involve developing content calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, monitoring analytics, and responding to comments and messages in a timely and professional manner. The Social Media Manager will work closely with studio leadership to support campaigns, product launches, and personal branding projects,



ensuring social content aligns with overall brand strategy and client goals. The role also includes researching trends, proposing new formats or ideas, and collaborating with designers, photographers, and clients to enhance the studio's online visibility.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns, grow audiences, and improve engagement across platforms.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to craft explicit, engaging captions, messages, and brand narratives.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to develop calendars, align social content with business objectives, and adapt content for different platforms.
- Candidates should be familiar with major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and others), including use of analytics tools and basic performance reporting.
- Candidates should demonstrate creativity, attention to detail, and an understanding of visual storytelling and branding, preferably in fashion, product, or portrait contexts.
- Candidates should have the ability to work on-site in Ahmedabad, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content creation is preferred; a degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field is an advantage.
