Key Responsibilities

Requirements Gathering & Analysis

- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Conduct workshops / interview Sessions to capture detailed requirements.
- Analyze and document existing processes and recommend process improvements.

Documentation & Communication

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Specifications (FRS), and user cases/stories.
- Maintain clear communication between business and development teams.
- Support project managers in tracking deliverables and timelines.





Testing & Validation

- Assist in preparing test cases and validating solutions against requirements.
- Drive UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure stakeholder sign-off.

Support & Training

- Develop user guides, training materials, and process documentation.
- Provide support during project rollout and post-implementation phases.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years in business analysis, IT projects, or consulting.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Excel, data visualization tools, and project management software (like JIRA,ServiceNow).
- Process Knowledge: Basic understanding of SDLC, Agile methodologies, and ITIL concepts.
- Soft Skills: Solid analytical thinking, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Good to have a ServiceNow Experience
