Key Responsibilities

- Extract, clean, and analyse data using SQL to support business and product decisions.
- Build, maintain, and automate dashboards and reports for key organisational initiatives using BI and analytics tools.
- Perform exploratory and diagnostic data analysis to identify trends, uncover insights, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Define and track success metrics (KPIs) for product, marketing, operations, and business initiatives.
- Develop data-driven hypotheses, design experiments, and measure the impact of business initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Operations, Clinical, and Leadership) to translate business problems into analytical solutions.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, and consistency across reporting and analytics workflows.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive reporting and analytics processes using scripting and AI tools.

Preferred Qualifications Experience

- Strong hands-on experience with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Experience with Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics (GA4), or similar product analytics platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and Google Apps Script for reporting and automation.
- Basic proficiency in Python, with familiarity in Pandas, NumPy, and common data structures for analysis.
- Experience working with BI and dashboarding tools such as Metabase, Looker Studio, Tableau, or Power BI is a plus.
- Comfortable using Agentic AI and LLM-based tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Cursor) to improve productivity, automate workflows, and support data analysis.
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
